Shipping
At Merkanny, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner. Please note that during peak periods—such as holidays, inclement weather, or unexpected high volume—delivery times may extend beyond our standard estimates. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
Shipping charges are determined by your delivery address, the products ordered, and the package dimensions. These costs may include handling and packaging fees. Certain shipments are equipped with tracking details, which will be sent to you via email. Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. For international shipments, customers might be responsible for additional customs fees and duties at the time of delivery.
Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis. For these items, shipping timelines become effective only after the pre-order period concludes. Returns
Merkanny accepts returns on eligible products that arrive in their original condition and packaging. If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, we reserve the right to deny the refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is proven defective.
Before sending back any product, please contact our support team at b2b@merkanny.com with clear photographs that document any issues. This helps us expedite the return process and verify the condition of the item.
Please note that certain products, including customized orders, perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software, and select personal care items, are non-returnable.
Refunds & Store Credit
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on the circumstances.
Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within the anticipated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
Please be aware that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, and any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is verified as defective. For products valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, further shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Merkanny provides optional shipping insurance on select orders. To file a claim, please refer to the instructions included in your shipment confirmation email.

- Enter your Order ID and the email address used during purchase.
- Select whether the claim is for a lost, stolen, or damaged item and provide the necessary details.
